SonChiraiya Where Rural Women Lead with Skill,Story and Strength

Our programs celebrate rural craftsmanship and women’s entrepreneurship. One such initiative, SonChiraiya, empowers women SHGs under the DAY-NULM scheme by the Government of Jharkhand. Through this program, SHG women were trained to make traditional sweets like Perokiya (Gujiya) with high hygiene standards and packaging support.

With strategic guidance and market linkage, these homemade delights reached international shelves, including exports to the USA. SonChiraiya is more than a product line—it’s a symbol of rural skill, women’s empowerment, and global reach. It reflects our mission to take local to global, one community at a time.
